With over 34 years of experience, I am a certified fitness professional who understands the need of self-care, rehabilitation and movement.
Functional movement is key to improve performance in activities that people do every day. Functional training emphasizes improving your coordination and stability. I teach a variety of fitness classes that help everyday movement, such as Cardio Kickboxing / Combat, Tabata, Cardio Latin Dance, Mobility & Flexibility, Strength and Mobility, Core Pilates Fusion and Piloga (Pilates / Yoga mix).
I love working with people in a group or individual setting, developing plans to help achieve their personal goals.
I am BoneFit Canada Certified, Certified Women’s Health Coach, Certified Wellness & Nutrition Coach, and I am currently completing my Pre- & Post Natal Coaching certification. Educating myself and keeping up on the “new” in this industry helps me to help you!
