Lori brings her passion and energy of fitness to each class she teaches and to every client she coaches. Her many years of experience dedicated to fitness, health and wellness she embodies the need of
self-care, rehabilitation and movement.
Functional movement is Lori’s focus, improving client performance and well-being. Her goal is to help her clients discover the benefits of exercise and strength training, make it enjoyable, fun and energetic, not feeling like it is a chore. The end game is to help her clients succeed in their fitness journey, developing plans to help achieve their personal goals.
Lori enjoys teaching a variety of fitness classes such as Latin Cardio Dance, Cardio Kickboxing / Combat, Tabata, Strength, Mobility & Flexibility, Core Pilates Fusion and Piloga (Pilates / Yoga mix).
